I think I was born with an Italian stomach because I love pasta, and I found a recipe that is both delicious and very inexpensive to make. This recipe is a wonderful alternative to the traditional lasagna that I normally make.
Some of the things that I love about this recipe is that you can change it up very easily. This recipe below is a vegetarian lasagna, but you can change it up by adding chicken or beef to it. Also, if you didn't want to have an alfredo sauce you can change it out to a tomato sauce. Just by doing that you have already created 2 or 3 different lasagnas.
